I have completed the first week of the Discipleship Training School (DTS) I am leading here in Newcastle. I have 10 students from the USA, Canada and Australia. It is so awesome to get back into DTS, I have led 4 schools but took 2011 off and helped serve in other areas and building our new accomodation. 

This week we had Orientation and had a few subjects taught. We looked at Quiet Times, Worship (which I taught), Hearing God, Intercession and intro'd our Youthstreet program.

One thing that was a highlight for me was a worship time we had on Wednesday night. I was teaching about going deeper and worshipping in Spirit and Truth (John 4) and we had an amazing time of worship afterwards, and the Holy Spirit was moving powerfully. We were able to pray for one another, and the students were really engaging. 

The feedback from one of the students was so awesome.  He said, "I really felt the Holy Spirit for the first time in my life." I was so stoked to really experience God  with my students on the second night of the school! I love being able to teach and then lead people into an experience with God.

Pray for us this week as we join the Sports DTS for a week on the Father Heart of God with our base director David Stephenson. I am really excited to see what God does in our lives this week!
